DoubleTree by Hilton London London Heathrow has been working with Central Facilities Group since 2011. It is a working partnership to give our guests the highest possible comfort and cleanliness that they would expect from a Hilton branded hotel which they do exceedingly well in this busy airport hotel. Our Housekeeping Manager and her team do a fantastic job and are well supported by CFG who have very hands on approach in fulfilling our goals in both guest satisfaction and cleanliness. Over the years we have grown our partnership with CFG to manage more hotels including the Doubletree by Hilton Bristol City Centre and the Hampton by Hilton Bristol .
